Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns will no longer be eligible.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A return request must include photo or video evidence of any issues with the item before it is approved. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse will not be processed.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
• Outerwear-Specific Guidelines:
Eligible for Return: Items with manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, stitching issues), or if the wrong size, style, or color was sent.
Not Eligible for Return: Items damaged after use, washing, or improper care, and minor variations in color due to screen settings.
Shipping Costs for Returns
• Customer-Paid Shipping:
For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
• Store-Paid Shipping:
If the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or incorrect items sent, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
