Shipping
Only after your order has been sent, you will be able to access your tracking number.
Please refer to the email we sent with the heading “Shipping update for order,” which includes your tracking link that used to follow the order’s journey.
- Option 1: To check the progress of your order, click here and enter your order details.
- Option 2: To obtain the tracking number, check your tracking confirmation email. With it, you can view the tracking information.
Note:
Please double-check your email address, order ID, or get in touch with us for assistance if you are unable to track your order.
For a number of reasons, tracking data might not be updated right away, such as:
- The tracking number was just created. Due to delays between the scanning process and website updates, it may take up to three to five business days for your tracking number to be updated after it has been sent out.
- Until the delivery arrives at the regional hub close to the destination, it might not be scanned.
- Between the country of origin and the country of destination, the package is currently in transit. The tracking data won’t be updated once the shipment departs the country of origin until it arrives at the country of destination.
- The package reached the country of destination. When shipping internationally, the tracking link starts no updating as soon as the shipment reaches its destination but it does not affect the delivery process.
However, please contact us immediately for assistance if your tracking status hasn’t been updated in more than seven working days.
During the manufacturing process, your items may be separated if your order includes a variety of products, resulting in different shipments. You will only be charged a shipping fee one time at checkout for all of the items in your order.
Every time your order ships, you’ll get a shipping notification. Contact us and we will help you immediately if the second package does not arrive within a few days.
Payments
- The price is displayed in your currency on the Homepage, Product pages, and in your cart to make it easier for you to decide whether to buy.
- You will be charged in US dollars once you get to the checkout page, though, and your subtotal and any applicable tax cost will be converted back to US dollars.
- The item price and shipping cost do not include import duties, taxes, or municipal taxes and charges. Tax reporting and payment are not Rodefy’s responsibilities. These fees are the buyer’s obligation and differ from the country to another.
- Import taxes and duties will not be paid through Rodefy; all orders placed on the site are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Instead, based on the sales tax regulations of the area you are delivering to, the shipping company will charge you when your items are delivered.
- Please inquire with the customs office in your nation to find out the exact amount of these extra fees.
Returns & Refunds
- Please email us at [email protected] if you would want to modify or cancel your order information. If the order can still be canceled, a customer service staff will verify it.
- Please be aware that cancellations made after 24 hours of the order being approved will not be accepted.

Please email [email protected] with any pictures or videos showing the problem. After that, we will send it to production time to review the issues. If the replacement request is approved, we will send an email notification about the replacement information.
Within 7-14 business days, the refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
